Troubleshoot/repair of PLC, switches, difference valves,Installation and maintenance.

QUALIFICATION : BS in Electrical or Instrument Engineer

EXPERIENCE : 8-10 years of experience

“Maintain and repair field instrumentation and basic supervisory equipment, such as PLC/RTU and field instruments, using standard test equipment and basic diagnostics
Experienced working with Digital Controls, PLC systems, Microprocessor controls and various conventional pneumatic & electronic Instruments Preferably YOKOGAWA/ Invensys/ Siemens and Quadlog PLC. Read and understanding engineering drawings such as P & IDs, loop drawing, ladder logic and block & functional diagrams.
Maintain the majority of instruments in an efficient and reliable condition, taking into account the age and obsolescence of the plant/gaswell equipment
Provide day-to-day hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting to instrument related matters in Process Unit. Review and communicate daily / weekly schedule assignments with workforce. Plan / execute / obtain resources, materials, services, and equipment priority work repairs”
